Its product portfolio covers several key stages, including indoor coating construction, structural and floor construction, and auxiliary construction services. The core of its competitive edge lies in equipping its construction robots with a self-developed “spatial brain”—a full-stack cognitive system that encompasses “perception—understanding—reasoning—planning—decision-making.” This enables the robots to “see clearly, move steadily, and operate fully autonomously” even in complex construction environments.

The fourth-generation flagship model, the P600 Max, globally launched in April 2026, features a multimodal integrated actuator that enables a single robot to seamlessly perform all five key processes—putty spraying, scraping, sanding, dust collection, and painting. Compared to industry solutions that typically rely on 2-3 separate machines working in collaboration, this approach reduces costs by two-thirds. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive product lineup including indoor spraying robots with working heights ranging from 3.2 meters to 6 meters, as well as concrete floor leveling robots and safety inspection robots.             

       

Technological strength ultimately needs to be validated by the market. As of now, Fengtan Robotics has accumulated a total construction area exceeding 5 million square meters, achieving large-scale application and batch deliveries. Its customer base covers benchmark projects undertaken by leading construction companies such as Zhejiang Construction Investment, China Construction Third Bureau, China Construction Eighth Bureau, Shanghai Construction Engineering, and Beijing Construction Engineering. 

The technology has now expanded from mainland China to regions and countries including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Hungary, and has been deployed in bulk on projects such as public housing estates in Singapore and the Tsing Yi Power Station in Hong Kong. While the technology has gained market recognition, its business model is also becoming increasingly mature—primarily based on sales, supplemented by leasing and service offerings—and has thus established a commercially self-sustaining loop with strong profitability. The strategic investment by Kunzhong Capital and Century Golden Source further underscores Fengtan’s growth potential.
