From May 27 to 29, the 20th Shenzhen Financial Expo (FINEX), hosted by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian). Focusing on the theme "AI Era: Synergistic Development of Manufacturing and Service Industries," this year's expo built a highly efficient platform for connecting tech enterprises with capital.
As a representative enterprise in the "AI + Embodied AI" application track, Fulltime Robotics was invited to exhibit. On the morning of May 29, Li Zike, Founder and CEO of Fulltime Robotics, took the stage as a tech enterprise representative to present and share insights on spatial intelligence and the industrial practice of construction robotics.
With the successive implementation of the national "14th Five-Year" plans for the construction and robotics industries, explicitly calling for the "acceleration of construction robot R&D and application," construction robots are shifting from an "optional choice" to a core capability for enterprises competing in the market. However, the real challenge lies in the fact that construction sites are the toughest "unstructured scenarios" for robots to tackle—characterized by complex conditions and interleaved construction tasks. Can construction robots evolve from "lab prototypes" to "worksite mainstays" and achieve mass production? The key to this breakthrough lies in whether they possess a "brain" capable of understanding space and making autonomous decisions.

Fulltime Robotics has pioneered the implementation of cutting-edge spatial intelligence technology in the most hardcore sector of construction. Its competitiveness can be summarized as follows:1. A Self-Developed "Spatial Brain"
This is a full-stack cognitive system covering "perception-understanding-reasoning-planning-decision-making," endowing robots with three core capabilities:
Visual Understanding: Through 3D reconstruction and AI semantic segmentation, it autonomously identifies building components such as beams, columns, walls, and doors/windows, matching them with hundreds of process parameters.
Stable Navigation: Relying on multi-sensor fusion and high-precision SLAM, it achieves highly robust autonomous operations in complex base environments with high pollution and low visibility.
Full Autonomy: The system has iterated to the fourth generation, featuring the industry's pioneering "mapless automation" function, allowing robots to evolve from "following blueprints" to "mapless autonomy."
2. A Deployed and Continuously Evolving Product Matrix
Centered around the "Spatial Brain," Fulltime has developed a range of flagship products:
Flagship New Release: P600 Max. Globally launched in April 2026, this fourth-generation flagship machine utilizes a multimodal integrated actuator to achieve full coverage of five major processes—putty spraying, scraping, sanding, dust collection, and painting—all with a single machine. Compared to industry solutions requiring 2-3 separate machines, it reduces costs by two-thirds.
Indoor Spraying Robot Series. With three operating height options (3.2m, 4.6m, and 6m), these robots cover all indoor spraying scenarios, from residential buildings, commercial complexes, hospitals, and schools to factories, venues, and airport hubs, assisting and replacing traditional manual work for painting, putty, and latex paint.
Concrete Floor Leveling Robot. Integrating vibration slurry extraction, screeding, and surface finishing, it boosts efficiency from the manual rate of approx. 100㎡/h per person to 400-600㎡/h per person, while improving precision from ±10mm/2m to ±3mm/2m.

No matter how compelling the technical narrative, nothing beats a verified track record. Fulltime's delivery capability is reflected in four dimensions:
1. Construction Scale — Proven Volume. Since its establishment in 2022, the robots have completed over 5 million square meters of cumulative construction, achieving batch delivery and entering the stage of large-scale application.
2. Client Structure — Industry Leaders. Successfully deployed in landmark projects for top construction enterprises such as Zhejiang Construction Investment, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, Shanghai Construction Group, and Beijing Construction Engineering Group.
3. Market Footprint — Going Global. Operations span Mainland China, Hong Kong (China), Singapore, and Hungary, with batch applications in projects like Singapore's public housing (HDB) and Hong Kong's Castle Peak Power Station.
4. Business Model — Healthy Revenue Generation. With a model primarily based on sales, supplemented by leasing and labor services, the company has formed a commercially closed loop with strong profitability.
On the capital front, the company has secured Pre-A round financing from Kunzhong Capital and strategic investment from Century Golden Resources. With technology, products, commerce, and capital, all four pieces of the puzzle are now in place.

From relying on manual labor to robotic operations, from "following blueprints" to "mapless autonomy," and from single scenarios to the vast expansion of urban renewal, industrial park equipment, and factory production—Fulltime Robotics is solidifying "spatial intelligence" as a reusable and evolvable digital foundation for the construction industry and beyond.
When robots can not only "act" but also "see" and "think," the intelligence of the construction industry truly moves from "doing its best" to "stable delivery." On this path, Fulltime is already leading the way.
