Recently, the "Intelligent Construction China Tour 2026 · Tianjin Binhai Station" successfully concluded at the Tianjin Binhai Vocational College. Hosted by the Higher Vocational and Adult Education Professional Committee of the China Construction Education Association, the event was co-organized by the Tianjin Binhai New Area Construction Technology Association, the National Intelligent Construction and Intelligent Construction Industry-Education Integration Community, and Fulltime Robotics. It was jointly undertaken by Tianjin Binhai Vocational College, Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area Urban Renewal Construction Investment Group, and China Construction Eighth Engineering Division. The event gathered nearly 200 industry experts, corporate representatives, and faculty and students. Zhang Ke, Co-founder and Marketing Director of Fulltime Robotics, was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech.

Currently, construction robotics have moved from pilot trials to the stage of large-scale implementation. Technological standardization and professional talent development have become the two cornerstones for the high-quality development of the industry.

During the keynote report session, Zhang Ke delivered a speech titled "Systematic Application of Construction Robots and 'Intelligent+' Talent Development," explaining robot application scenarios and industry employment standards using the company's engineering cases. He pointed out that with the implementation of the "Technical Guidelines for Intelligent Construction" by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, China's construction industry is rapidly transitioning from labor-dependence to technology-driven growth, and the window for industrial upgrading has arrived.

The core value of intelligent construction is not simply "machines replacing humans," but rather replacing the traditional extensive operation mode that relies on manual experience with standardized, digital, and systematic intelligent construction solutions. This achieves a comprehensive iterative upgrade of construction processes, management systems, and talent systems. Fulltime Robotics has deeply cultivated the niche track of intelligent building construction, standardizing construction standards with complete technical solutions, and laying a solid foundation for the large-scale and standardized development of the industry.

On-site engineering data is the most intuitive and powerful basis for testing the value of intelligent construction. Zhang Ke shared landing data from multiple benchmark projects, validating the industrial value of construction robots with real working conditions and results.

In the Beijing Construction Engineering Group Yisheng Xiangming project, the highest pull-off test value for wall putty applied by Fulltime robots reached 1.239, far exceeding the industry standard of 0.5, with construction precision and quality stability significantly leading traditional manual craftsmanship. In batch implementation projects, the comprehensive spraying efficiency of the equipment increased by 8 times compared to manual labor, while achieving a 60% reduction in labor costs and an 18% reduction in material costs. It effectively reduces the risks of working at heights and dust exposure, addressing industry pain points such as uneven traditional construction quality, high energy consumption, and prominent safety hazards.

These data powerfully address the concerns of construction enterprises regarding quality, cost, and schedule. They also build a solid reputation for Fulltime Robotics in serving top domestic construction enterprises and successfully landing overseas urban renewal projects in Singapore, Hong Kong, etc., with a cumulative construction area exceeding 5 million square meters.

Industry-Education Integration, "Intelligent+" Talent System Solves Industry Shortage

Accompanying large-scale application is a structural shortage of construction robotics talent. Zhang Ke introduced that Fulltime Robotics has built an "Intelligent+" industry-education integration training platform for this purpose. Following the main line of "Design-Manufacture-Assembly-Control-Management-Application," it transforms real corporate production tasks into teaching training projects, aligning with intelligent construction-related professional courses to cultivate composite talents who understand both mechanical intelligence and hands-on robot construction. 

Currently, Fulltime has partnered with Beijing No. 5 Construction Engineering Group to establish a "Robot 6S Store" training prototype. Following this event, Fulltime will also cooperate with Tianjin Binhai Vocational College in dimensions such as joint professional group construction, co-developing training bases, and joint research on technical standards, continuously supplying high-quality technical skilled talents to the industry.

In the afternoon, attendees went to the China Construction Eighth Engineering Division project department at the MO Intelligent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park to observe the construction application of Fulltime robots in an ongoing project. The coating construction robot demonstrated the automated operation of processes including putty spraying, scraping, sanding, dust collection, and latex paint spraying. Relying on its self-developed spatial perception, intelligent decision-making system, SLAM mapping and positioning, and multi-sensor fusion algorithms, it maintained stable autonomous navigation on-site with complex working conditions and changing light, and supports switching between manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes. "One intelligent device covering multiple construction processes, with operational efficiency rivaling traditional construction crews," was the most intuitive feeling of the guests on site.

The safety inspection robot, which also made an appearance, equipped the construction site's safety management with a "smart eye" using its off-road grade chassis, laser navigation, and AI visual recognition technology. From conference hall reports to real construction site scenes, attendees intuitively witnessed the real effectiveness of intelligent construction on the engineering frontline.

This event built a collaborative bridge between industry and colleges, smoothing the connection channel for the implementation of intelligent construction technology and the training of professional talents. In the future, Fulltime Robotics will continue to leverage its technological and scenario advantages, deeply cultivate intelligent construction innovation, deepen school-enterprise industry-education integration, ensure construction quality with mature technology, empower industrial popularization with professional talent, and assist the steady upgrade of the construction industry towards intelligence and refinement.
