Taizhou News Center Reports: Fulltime Robotics Deployed at Taizhou Landmark Project, Boosting Construction Efficiency with Intelligent Construction

Intelligent construction is becoming a key pathway to drive the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, support green and low-carbon development, and respond to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Good Housing" initiative. In the construction of the Jiahe Center, a key project in Taizhou's Central Business District (CBD), Fangyuan Construction has introduced Fulltime's 4.6-meter intelligent coating construction robot, delivering an impressive answer sheet through real-world engineering practice.With a total investment exceeding 1 billion RMB and a construction area of nearly 60,000 square meters, the Jiahe Center consists of two 24-story commercial office buildings, standing nearly 100 meters tall, and is expected to be completed in 2027. During the construction process, faced with diverse working surfaces such as walls, beams, columns, and internal/external corners, Fulltime's 4.6-meter intelligent coating robot covered both putty and latex paint applications. It truly achieved multi-functionality in a single machine, efficiently adapting to the project's construction needs.The advantages of intelligent construction robots are clearly proven by hard data. Putty application efficiency is 8 to 10 times that of manual labor, latex paint spraying efficiency is doubled compared to manual work, and material usage is reduced by 15% to 20%. Taking the two-layer putty application in this project as an example, traditional manual construction would require 145 labor-days, whereas using the intelligent robot required only 56 labor-days, marking a 61% reduction in labor hours. More importantly, the comprehensive unit cost of robotic construction is on par with manual labor, yet the construction quality is far more stable. It also frees workers from prolonged exposure to high-dust environments, significantly improving construction safety.Better work, lower costs, and safer conditions for workers—this is the core value of intelligent construction, making the Jiahe Center project a vivid footnote to the transformation and upgrading of Taizhou's construction industry.
