Managed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and published by the Building Mechanization Research Branch of the China Academy of Building Research, Construction Mechanization is a core technology journal and an outstanding publication of the Ministry. With its long history, wide circulation, and strong influence in the domestic construction field, it serves as a vital platform for disseminating cutting-edge technologies and showcasing high-quality industry achievements. Recently, Hangzhou Fulltime Robotics Co., Ltd. was featured on the cover of the February 2026 issue, thanks to its outstanding technological innovations and engineering achievements in the field of intelligent construction.

Since its inception, Fulltime Robotics has been deeply committed to the intelligent construction sector, covering three core areas: coating engineering, structure and ground construction, and auxiliary construction. The company has built a comprehensive product matrix of construction robots. From wall putty spraying, sanding, and latex paint application to floor leveling, troweling, and grinding, Fulltime focuses on real-world scenario implementation. Its robots systematically replace "dangerous, tedious, dirty, and heavy" manual labor, driving construction delivery toward greater safety, efficiency, and quality.
In the field of indoor coating construction, Fulltime Robotics has developed a fully automated solution covering the entire process from putty to latex paint, including spraying, scraping, sanding, and dust collection. The company has launched a series of models (3.2m, 4.6m, and 6m) tailored for different scenarios such as residential buildings, public facilities, and ultra-high spaces. Leveraging intelligent modeling and AI path-planning technology, the robots achieve one-click fully automated construction, delivering uniform, stable coatings with quality far surpassing manual work.
In practical applications, Fulltime's coating robots demonstrate significant efficiency advantages: construction efficiency is 6-8 times faster than manual labor in residential scenarios, and 8-10 times faster in public building projects. Equipped with a high-efficiency dust collection system, the robots completely solve the issue of construction dust pollution, eliminating occupational health risks and reducing comprehensive construction costs by 20%-30%. In real-world business scenarios, the comprehensive efficiency of latex paint application exceeds 350㎡/h, material waste is reduced by about 10%, and safety hazards associated with working at heights are eliminated at the source.
Fulltime's ground treatment robots cover the entire process of concrete floor leveling, troweling, and grinding, forming a complete intelligent solution for ground construction. The leveling robot utilizes high-precision laser control technology, ensuring stable construction precision and single-pass forming. With a leveling accuracy of within 3mm, its efficiency is 4-6 times higher than manual labor, significantly saving costs for subsequent processes.

Addressing pain points in safety management, Fulltime has launched a safety inspection robot. It can provide 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring within a 2km range, identifying safety hazards such as missing hard hats, smoke, and open flames in real-time. The robot automatically captures images, issues warnings, and uploads data to the cloud, upgrading traditional passive safety management to proactive intelligent prevention and effectively reducing project safety risks.
Benchmark Projects Verified, Over 5 Million Square Meters Applied Globally
With mature technology and stable performance, Fulltime Robotics has been deployed in numerous benchmark projects both domestically and internationally. These include key domestic projects such as Shanghai Construction Group's Zhangjiang Science Gate, Beijing Construction Engineering Group's Fangshan Urban Renewal Project, China Construction Eighth Engineering Division's Shanghai Jiuxing City, and Suzhou ZYF's Yangtze River Delta International R&D Community, as well as overseas projects like the Bishan Public Housing in Singapore.
Currently, Fulltime Robotics' partners cover leading industry enterprises such as China Construction First Group, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, Shanghai Construction Group, and Beijing Construction Engineering Group. Its business spans 80% of China's provinces and extends to Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. As of early 2026, the cumulative construction area has exceeded 5 million square meters across more than 100 projects worldwide, earning widespread industry recognition with solid engineering results.
